All meals are packed in our insulated bags with cold packs to ensure correct delivery temperatures.

Meals are delivered between 9am and 6pm on Sundays and Wednesdays

If you are not at the address selected upon ordering please leave a cooler outside door with an ice pack. If there isn’t a cooler we will attempt a phone call, if no answer we will bring the food back to Green Heart Kitchen where it will be available for pickup.

Cost of shipping is based on your distance from our kitchen and determined upon checkout.

Please refrigerate any Fresh meals and put any Frozen meals in freezer immediately.

We recommend that you use an oven for all meals to ensure proper flavour and nutrients. Any Fresh meals must be removed from container as they are biodegradable. If you microwave a Fresh meal it must be removed from container as well. Frozen meals can be placed in oven as is. All meals have cooking instructions on them for reference.

Yes, during checkout you will have the option to select ‘Pick Up’. Your order will then be available on that day during opening hours. We also carry ready meals in the store for those last minute meals! Our address for pick up is: 28 Main Street West, Kingsville ON.

For pickups, we accept cash and credit cards, and all deliveries will be prepaid via credit card at checkout.

Please indicate what your allergy is on the order and we will do our best to accommodate. Our staff is well equipped to ensure you receive a ‘safe’ meal as we deal with all types of allergies on a daily basis with our school lunch program. If any questions give us a call at: 519.712.9329
